Basic Operation

You can play Video CDs
without using menu displays

Press the PLAYBACK CONTROL button .

The PLAYBACK CONTROL indicator on the front of the player
goes out.

Press the PLAY

button, or select using

digit buttons.

Example) To select 10

The following are functions that do not operate when using menu
operation with a Video CD that has PBC. (When PBC PLAY is lit
in the display window)

Example of operation of a disc with PBC (Playback Control)

RETURN

Menu operation

Press the RETURN button to move back to
the previous menu.

Each time you press the button, you move back a menu. If
you repeat pressing the button, you will eventually return to
the first menu.

Press the

button to move to the next

menu, or the

button to move to the

previous menu.

Press the PAUSE button to pause video play.

To cancel pause, press the PAUSE

button once more.
