Decide on the installation position.

Peel off the other protective sheet and
install the base unit on the surface of the
glove compartment or similar location.

Attaching the detachable device

Slide the detachable device all the way
into the base unit.
Make sure that the detachable device is se-
curely connected to the base unit terminal.

Press the center of the front of the de-
tachable device until you hear a click.
If you fail to successfully attach the detach-
able device to the base unit, try again but be
careful not to force it as the unit could be da-
maged.
