How to remove the CD Core Unit
1. A pply S hortin g S older to the f le x ible cable o f
the P ic k up, and disconnect it f rom the
connector.
2 . U nsolder the f our leads, and loosen the
S cre w .
3 . R emove the CD C ore U nit.
C aution : When assemblin g the CD C ore U nit,
assemble it w ith the S W in a clamped state
so as not to dama g e it.

How to remove the Pickup Unit
1. M a k e the system in the carria g e mechanism mode, and have it clamped.
2 . R emove the CD C ore U nit and remove the leads f rom the I nner H older.
3 . R emove the P oly Washer, C han g e A rm, and P ic k up L oc k A rm.
4 . While releasin g f rom the hoo k o f the I nner H older, li f t the end o f the F eed S cre w .
C aution : When assemblin g , move the P lanet G ear to the load / eject position be f ore settin g the F eed S cre w in the I nner
H older.
A ssemble the sub unit side o f the P ic k up, ta k in g the plate (C hassis) in - bet w een. When treatin g the leads o f the L oad
C arria g e M otor A ssy, do not ma k e them loose over the F eed S cre w .
