1. Push the lock release button, then slide and remove the headrest upward.
Note:
• The supplied mounting arm may not be installed on seats where the lock release button does not
face outside.
2. Adjust the shaft guides so that the shafts pass through the mounting arm.
Choose holes that match the shafts, then adjust the positions of the shaft guides to match
the width between the shafts.

Examples: Positions of the shaft guides
Choose a hole that matches the shaft diameter.
Adjust the position of the shaft guides to the length shown.
To remove the shaft guides,
push them from the bottom
side of the mounting arm.
You can slide the left side guide to make adjustments.
Lock the shaft guides in position.
You can change the direction
of the left side guide.
You cannot change the
direction of the right side
guide.
The narrowest model
(120 mm [4-3/4 in])
The widest model
(190 mm [11-5/8 in])
The right side guide can
only be set at either end.
