Safe Operating Procedures:
•
Use care when transporting machine with a full tank.
•
Do not raise filled tank to check batteries.
•
Thoroughly clean exterior, tank, hoses, and squeegee after each use.
•
Do not use the machine as a dry vac, it is only intended for stripper, cleaning solutions, and water.
•
Always use appropriate safety gear when dumping stripper.
•
Obey all applicable laws for the disposal of stripper.
•
When the recovery tank reaches capacity, an overfill valve will seal the vacuum motor port. Do not
attempt to operate the machine after the vacuum motor port has been sealed.
•
Do not overtighten retaining knobs on squeegee. Knobs should be tightened enough to hold the
squeegee in place while allowing it to break away if struck.
•
To reduce foaming, add defoamer in tank before vacuuming stripper.
•
Turn off the vacuum motor when tank reaches capacity and closes the vacuum motor port.
