Connection
The unit is not recognized by a smartphone.
•
When using an iOS device, see: Starting WeDJ for iPhone and
connecting it to the unit (page 17).
•
When this unit is connected to your PC/Mac using the USB cable and
rekordbox is started on it, close rekordbox.
Bluetooth connection cannot be established. / Bluetooth
connection is interrupted.
•
If devices generating electromagnetic waves in the 2.4 GHz band
(such as a microwave oven, wireless LAN or another Bluetooth
device) are located nearby, move them away from the unit or stop
using them.
•
If your smartphone is far away, move it closer to the unit. If there is a
wall, obstacle, etc. which may be interrupting the connection, move
your smartphone or the unit.
Sound outputs from only one channel of the headphones or
the speaker with built-in amplifier, etc. connected to the
headphones jack of your smartphone.

The volume is low for the headphones, or speaker with built-in
amplifier, etc. connected to the headphones jack of your
smartphone.

Adjust the volume on your smartphone.
•
Check the external input setting and volume on the powered
amplifier or speaker with built-in amplifier, etc.
•
Check your smartphone is correctly connected to the headphones/
speaker with built-in amplifier, etc. If you’re using a mono cable and
sound is not output, use a stereo cable.
