To use the PIMAlink app to control the alarm system remotely, you will need to pair it with the 
cloud, receive a pairing code and use it for pairing the mobile phones of whoever will use the 

application. The pairing process is short. Before you pair the alarm system, make sure all the 
app users download and install it on their phones. 
The pairing code must be used within 10 minutes, or you will have to repeat the process and 
receive a new code (only for phones that have not been registered).

Immediately enter the code in the pairing screen of the PIMAlink app, in every phone.

system remotely. Go directly to this menu by pressing and holding key ‘6’ on the main menu

“Remote Service” and “CMS Registration” (next) allow connecting 

and controlling the alarm system. Only allow authorized technician 
to use these options! 

 

The CMS/Technician can connect to the system remotely only using 
a remote connection code.
