General Safety
WARNING and CAUTION statements have been strategically placed throughout the text prior to operating or maintenance
procedures, practices, or conditions considered essential to the protection of personnel (WARNING) or equipment and property
(CAUTION). NOTES emphasize necessary and important data. CAUTIONS and NOTES appear in the text as applicable. Definitions for
WARNINGS, CAUTIONS and NOTES are as follows:
The CAUTION icon highlights a procedure, practice, condition or statement,
which, if not strictly observed, could result in damage or destruction of
equipment or loss of product effectiveness.
The WARNING icon highlights a procedure, practice, condition or statement,
which, if not strictly observed, could result in injury or death of personnel or long-
term health hazards.
The NOTE icon highlights a procedure, condition or statement, which provides
important information about the subject.
