12 Dialer
12.1 Connect phone with PC
Connect the data terminal with PC/laptop by using the accompanying data cable. Connect Interface 1
with Data Terminal, and interface 2 with PC
’s USB port. Plug AE80i to the USB interface of the PC (as
shown below for Laptops and Desktops)

12.2 Installing the Dialer
1. Connect the device to the PC USB port using the supplied USB Cable.
2. Push the Power On/Off button for 3 seconds for power On the device.
3. If WiFi of phone is ON then make it OFF by pressing the WiFi button on the device.
4. Normally you will see a pop up in the right bottom of PC “Installing device driver software”. After
a while you will see the pop up “Device driver software installed successfully”.
5. You will see a pop up showing four icons namely “Linux, MAC, Windows, Autorun”. In case you
don’t see it means the auto plug and play option is not enabled in your PC. In this case go to
“My Computer” on the laptop and locate CD ROM “ WiFi ” and click on the same.
