Cancel the print job. Clean the prin-

Insert the ink ribbon. Restart the
print job.
Avoid horizontal lines across the full
print width.

“Wrong media”
The inserted material does not match
the preset material
Insert correct material.
Select the inserted material in the
marking software.

The holes of the UCT magazine are
dirty
Clean the holes in the UCT maga-
zine.

“Voltage error”
Hardware fault
Switch printer off and on again. If
this problem occurs again, contact

Printer has received an unknown or
incorrect command
Skip command or cancel print job.
