Problem
Possible cause / solution
The sensor
vibrates
when I'm
lying on my
back awake,
but I am not
snoring.
The sensor is designed for people who snore
sleeping on their back. It doesn't record your
snoring, but it measures your position. Try
to fall asleep on your side, so the sensor
doesn't prevent you to fall asleep due to the
vibrations.
Problem
Possible cause / solution
I don't feel
the vibrations
The Snoring Relief band is wrongly
positioned (e.g. on your back or too low/high
on your chest) (see 'Wearing the Snoring
Relief Band during the night').
Center the pouch with the sensor in front of
your torso, just
below the chest
. Close the
strap with the clip and adjust the strap so it's
snug, but comfortable around your torso.
The sensor is not positioned correctly in the
pouch (backwards or upside down) (see
'Inserting the sensor into the pouch').
Make sure that the sensor is fully inserted
into the pouch, with the activation button
pointing towards your chin. The display
should be visible through the window of the
pouch.
