dial 1.
Incoming Calls
can be answered direct by the operator, or any extension may answer by dialing 2 or
20, or 41 only if it is an internal call.
Transfer Calls
by pushing the flash button then dialing the extension you want to transfer to.
Redial Last Number
by dialing 45. When last number redial is accessed and there is no available
outside line, by dialing 6 you can request the next free outside line and your number will automatically be dialed
for you when the next free outside line becomes available. You can also dial 6 to get an extension to ring back
when it is available if it is busy.
Call Diversion;
to divert if you want another extension to ring if you are unable to answer, dial 47
then the extension no. you want to ring (eg; at ext.82, dial 4784 and it will make ext. 84 ring instead of ext 82, to
reset back to original, at ext. 82, dial 4782.)
to divert if you want another extension to ring if your extension is busy, dial 48 then the
extension no. you want to ring (eg; copy above but replace 47 with 48).
to divert if you want another extension to ring instead of your extension dial 49 then the
extension no. you want to ring (eg; copy above but replace 47 with 49).
Call Park/Retrieve;
to park, or put on hold, a call, dial 61 or 62 or 63, then to retrieve that call
dial the same number that put that call on hold.
Speed Dial;
each extension can store ten 16 digit numbers for speed dialing, numbers are stored by
dialing 9900 to 9909 and can be accessed by dialing 900 to 909. There is also 30 system wide speed dial
numbers available to every extension but can only be programmed from ext.89 by dialing 9920 to 9949 and
accessed from any extension by dialing 920 to 949.
