6 TIPS FOR CHOOSING COFFEE
As a general rule, any type of cof ee available on the market
can be used.
However, cof ee is a natural product and its l avour changes
according to its origin and blend. It is therefore a good idea to
try dif erent types of cof ee in order to i nd the most suited to
your personal taste. For optimal results, we recommend using
espresso machine blends. As a rule, cof ee should always come
out of the pressurized i lter holder, without dripping.
The cof ee brewing speed can be modii ed by slightly chang-
ing the amount of cof ee in the i lter and/or using a dif erent
cof ee grind.
