4.3.2
Small Signal Board (SSB)
Caution:
it is mandatory to remount all different screws at their
original position during re-assembly. Failure to do so may result
in damaging the SSB.
1.
Release the tape near the bottom side of the set from the
TV panel and release the tape near the left side of the set
from the shielding.
2.
Remove the fixation screw near the HDMI side inputs.
3.
Remove all other fixation screws from the SSB.
4.
Remove the shielding from the SSB.
5.
Release the clips from the LVDS connector.
Caution:
be careful, as these are very fragile connectors!
6.
Release the other cables from their clamps.
7.
Unplug all other connectors.
8.
Take the SSB out.
Caution:
be careful not to damage the thermal pad at the
bottom side of the SSB.
4.3.3
Bathroom Speaker board
Caution:
it is mandatory to remount all different screws at their
original position during re-assembly. Failure to do so may result
in damaging the bathroom speaker board.
1.
Release the cable from their clamps.
2.
Unplug all connectors from the bathroom speaker board.
3.
Remove all fixation screws from the bathroom speaker
board.
4.
The bathroom speaker board can now be taken out of the
set.
When defective, replace the whole unit.
4.3.4
Power Supply Unit (PSU)
Caution:
it is mandatory to remount all different screws at their
original position during re-assembly. Failure to do so may result
in damaging the PSU.
1.
Release the Power board cables from their clamps.
2.
Unplug power connectors from the SSB and LCD panel.
3.
Remove all fixation screws from the PSU.
4.
The PSU can now be taken out of the set.
When defective, replace the whole unit.

Stand removal
Caution:
it is mandatory to remount all different screws at their
original position during re-assembly. Be sure to put the set in
the Service Position.
1.
Remove the fixation screws.
2.
Take the stand out.
4.3.6
Speakers
1.
Remove the stand as described earlier.
2.
Unplug the speaker connector from the SSB.
3.
Release the tape near the bottom middle side of the panel
from the TV bezel.
4.
Remove all fixation screws from the speaker.
5.
Take the speakers out.
When defective, replace the whole unit.
