• To remove empty batteries:
- Release the batteries holder by pulling the batteries
holder at the grip area untill it stops (fig. 2).
- Push the batteries out of the holder as illustrated (fig. 5).
Do not leave empty batteries in the appliance.
If you do not intend to use the appliance for a considerable
time, remove the batteries.
Batteries contain substances which may pollute the
environment. Please dispose of your old batteries at an
officially assigned place.
How to use the trimmer
Before trimming, always comb your beard and/or
moustache, using a fine comb.
• Beard trimming: with comb attachment
If you have the HQ T301:
- Initially use the position for maximum beard length: set
the adjustable comb to position 4 by pushing the comb
(fig. 6a).
- For most effective cutting, move the trimmer against the
direction of beard growth (fig. 7).
- Choose the required beard length (fig. 8a). There are
