Removing the rechargeable battery
Only remove the rechargeable battery if it is completely empty.

Disconnect the appliance from the mains and let the appliance run
until the motor stops.

Undo the screw in the housing of the trimmer (Fig. 17).

Separate the 2 housing parts with a screwdriver (Fig. 18).

Cut the wires close to the battery holder with a pair of household
scissors (Fig. 19).

Remove the battery holder with the rechargeable battery (Fig. 20).
6
Use a screwdriver to pry the battery off the printed circuit
board (Fig. 21).
Do not connect the appliance to the mains again after you have opened it.
