DESCRIPTION

The LTC 5121/60, LTC 5121/50, LTC 5141/60 and
LTC 5141/50 are automatic sequential video switchers.  The
LTC 5121/60 and LTC 5121/50 have 2-camera inputs and
1-monitor output; the LTC 5141/60 and LTC 5141/50 have
4-camera inputs and 1-monitor output.

4

INSTALLATION

4.1

Power

LTC 5121/60 and LTC 5141/60 models operate from 120
VAC, 50/60 Hz power. LTC 5121/50 and LTC 5141/50
models operate from 220-240 VAC, 50/60 Hz power.  The
model number and operating voltage are shown on the label
located on the bottom of the unit.  These units are supplied
with ground power cords; grounding should not be defeated.

4.2

Mounting

These switchers are supplied as desk-top units. For rack
mounting, the LTC 9101/00 rack-mount kit is available.

4.3

Video Inputs

The LTC 5121/60 and LTC 5121/50 both have two video
inputs labeled “CAM 1” and “CAM 2”.  The LTC 5141/60
and LTC 5141/50 both have four video inputs labeled “CAM
1”, “CAM 2”, “CAM 3”, and “CAM 4”.

The LTC 5141/60 and LTC 5141/50 incorporate an auto-skip
feature on CAM 3 and CAM 4.  If video is not supplied to
video input 4, the unit will skip over CAM 4 when sequencing
(run mode).  If video is not supplied to video input 3, the unit
will skip over CAM 3 and CAM 4 when sequencing.  When
using only 3 video inputs, use inputs CAM 1, CAM 2 and
CAM 3.  When using only 2 video inputs, use inputs CAM 1
and CAM 2.

All video inputs are 75 ohm terminated.
