Hair Type

Temperature Setting

Coarse, curly, hard-to-straighten

Mid to High (170 ºC  and above)

Fine, medium-textured or softly waved

Low to Mid (160 ºC and below)

Pale, blonde, bleached or color-treated

Low (Below 160 ºC)

Connect the plug to a mains supply socket.

Press and hold the

) until the display screen lights up.

The default temperature setting 180°C is displayed (

Press the

) buttons to select a suitable temperature 

setting for your hair.

When the straightening plates have heated up to the selected

The ion function activates when the appliance is switched on, which 

provides additional shine and reduces frizz.

The ionic indicator (

) lights up.

When the function is on, a special odor may be smelt and a

sizzling noise may be heard, which is normal and caused by the 

ions that are generated.

Slide the closing lock (

) downwards to unlock the appliance.

Comb your hair and take a section that is not wider than 5cm for 

straightening.
Place it between the straightening plates (

d

) and press the handles 

together.
Slide the straightener down the length of the hair in a single motion 

(max. 5 seconds) from root to end, without stopping to prevent 

overheating.

After 20 seconds, repeat step 7 to 8 until you achieve the desired 

look.

To straighten the rest of your hair, repeat steps 6 to 9.
