Place the Wake-Up Light 16 in. – 20 in. / 40 cm – 50 cm from your head, for example on a bedside table.
First use: setting the clock time
You have to set the clock time when you plug in the appliance for the first time and when the time back
up has been exceeded (up to 8 hours).
