Repair instruction for replacing clock timer panel- or power module:
If the clock timer panel has to be replaced please follow the next steps:
1. Remove bottom base plate.
2. Pull the complete pump unit (including hose pieces) downwards until the
hose pieces are loosened from the two water tank pipes. (hose pieces and
wires must stay connected to the pump).
3. Remove the Foot (item 18), now you can get to the power module.
4. Disconnect the clock timer cable by pulling the 4 pins connector from the
power
module.
5. Remove the complete top cover including the water tank. (see picture 1)
6. Now it is possible to get to the clock timer panel.
7. Replace the clock timer panel.
8. Connect the clock timer cable on the power module again.
9. Place the Foot (item 18) back.
10. Insert the complete top cover assy including plastic tank gently back into the housing.
11. Take the pump unit and attach the hose pieces to the water tank pipes of the previously inserted
tank. (be sure that the hose pieces are well attached to the water tank pipes, otherwise leakage problems can occur)
12. Assemble the base plate again.
To replace only the power module follow the above steps 1, 2, 3, 4 and replace the power module and the connected wires (8).
After replacing the power module follow the above steps 9, 11 and 12 to complete the operation.
Transportation lock:
To prevent damaging the dosing/weighting system in case the appliance has to
be shipped/transported, It is possible to order a special transportation lock.
For the position of the transportation lock see picture 2.
