Smoothie bowl

You don’t need to be Instagram famous to make a beautiful smoothie bowl. Just grab
your homemade yoghurt and follow our simple recipe. Whether you photograph it
before you eat it is entirely up to you!

Ingredients

2 cups Basic vanilla or Dairy-free coconut yoghurt, see
TIP

⅓

cup pure coconut water

3 bananas, peeled, chopped

1 cup fresh or thawed frozen raspberries

6 fresh strawberries, hulled, sliced

1 cup (130g) granola, see TIP

2 tsp grated dark chocolate

Method

Place 1

cups yoghurt, all the coconut water, 2 bananas and half the raspberries into a blender. Blend until smooth.

Pour the smoothie evenly between two bowls. Add remaining yoghurt and swirl through with the back of a spoon.

Top smoothie with remaining banana, raspberries, strawberries, granola and grated chocolate. Serve immediately.
