Net TV
Experience a rich selection of online services

on your TV whenever you like. Simply connect
your home theater directly to your home
network through the ethernet connection, and
navigate and select what you want to watch
with the remote control. The Philips menu
gives you access to popular Net TV services
fitted for your TV screen. Additionally, with
the DLNA certified PC network you can watch
videos or access pictures stored on your
computer using your remote control.
100Hz LCD (3ms)
100Hz LCD creates extreme motion
sharpness for clear and vibrant images even
with fast on-screen motion. The Double Frame
Rate Insertion works with a high 100Hz
refresh rate. It increases the sharpness of
motion reproduction to more than twice that
of conventional LCD, resulting in a
performance with a response time of 3
milliseconds (measured in Perceived Blur-
Edge-Width; BEW). This unique Philips
technology brings motion sharpness of LCD
displays to an unprecedented level.
ECO Flower
Over the last 10 years we have worked
hard to lower our environmental impact
and will continue to do so. Our eco-
design process aims to create Philips
televisions that are increasingly eco-
friendly and that have significantly less
impact on the environment. Philips has
been awarded the EU ECO label (the
flower) on the majority of its models
because of the televisions' high energy
efficiency, ultra low standby powers (up to
50% less than the required EU ECO label
level), absence of hazardous substances
(e.g. lead) and that Philips has designed
televisions that can be easily recycled.
