Speakers
1.
Gently release the tapes that secures the speaker cables.
2.
Unplug the speaker connectors from the SSB.
3.
Take the speakers out.
When defective, replace the both units.

Stand bracket
1.
Remove all fixation screws of the bracket.
2.
Lift the bracket from the set.
4.3.7
IR board Control Unit

1.
Unplug the connector from the SSB.
Caution: be careful, as these are very fragile connectors!
2.
Remove all the fixation screws [1],[2] from the IR board
control unit .Then unplug the connector [3]. Refer to
for details.
3.
Remove the IR lens [4], IR board [5] from the
DECO_REAR_COVER. Refer to
for details.
When defective, replace the whole unit.

Option Board
1.
Unplug the connector from the SSB.
2.
Remove fixation screw that secure the Option board, gently
remove the board from the set.
When defective, replace the whole unit.

WIFI module
1.
Unplug the connector from the SSB.
2.
Remove fixation screw that secure the WIFI module,
getntly remove the module from the set.
When defective, replace the whole unit.
4.3.10 LCD Panel
1.
Remove the stand as described earlier
2.
Remove the SSB as described earlier.
3.
Remove the PSU as described earlier.
4.
Remove the speakers as described earlier.
5.
Remove the IR/LED board as described earlier.
6.
Remove the Option board as described earlier.
7.
Remove the WIFI module as described earlier.
8.
Remove the Keyboard as described earlier.
9.
Remove all other metal parts that do not belong to the LCD
panel.
10. Release all fixing clips that secure the front bezel to the
LCD panel.
11. Lift the LCD Panel from the front bezel.
When defective, replace the whole unit.
4.4
Set Re-assembly
To re-assemble the whole set, execute all processes in reverse
order.
Notes:
•
While re-assembling, make sure that all cables are placed
and connected in their original position. See
•
Pay special attention not to damage the EMC foams on the
SSB shields. Ensure that EMC foams are mounted
correctly.
