9. Circuit Descriptions, Abbreviations List and IC Data Sheets
The MST96885ALD enables consumer electronics
manufactures to build high quality, feature-rich ATV.
The tuner supports NTSC RF signal by region, For TV signal,
MST96885ALD embeds analog video demodulator, decodes
the analog RF signal to CVBS for further video processing.
And the 2nd IF signal is delivered to MST96885ALD for audio
demodulator and further audio processing.
The F3 platform supports different sources:
CVI supports YPbPr component input, it can support SD/HD
format . AV supports CVBS, S-Video signal shares with same
audio.
HDMI supports HDMI/ Digital signal with HDCP function,
PC supports 15pin D-sub input
And audio signal will directly deliver to MST96885ALD for audio
further processing. MUX selects and digitalizes, and through
the audio amplifier TPA3005. TPA6110 is headphone amplifier,
send the headphone signal to earphone.
The MST96885ALD supports LVDS signal, connects these
LVDS signal to panel for display picture.
All the input source video signals will directly deliver to
MST96885ALD for video part further processing.
