Problem Possible cause Solution
The surfaces of
the appliance

discolored. Food colorings
may discolor the
parts that come
into contact with
food. This is normal. This does not affect
the quality and the performance of
the appliance. All parts are still safe
to use and will do no harm to the
cooked food.
The blending jar
leaks. The blade unit is
not assembled
correctly. Tighten the blade unit.
Incorrect assembly
of the blade shaft
seal on the blade
unit. Assemble the blade shaft seal
correctly (fig.
