The Water Collector
In some cases of cooking, condensation may appear on the inner glass of the oven door. This is not a product
malfunction.
After the roasting is completed, open the oven door to the grilling position and keep it in this position for
about 1 minute.
The water will flow down to the collecting channel under the door.
Cool the oven and wipe the inside of the door with a dry towel. We recommend that you use this method for
moisture removal from the door at regular intervals and always when condensed moisture appears at the door.
