 The Follow Me service functions by sending location 

information to the Follow Me server at regular intervals. 
This requires a live data connection either through your 
cellular service provider or through an active Wi-Fi 
connection. Therefore you may not be able to track people in 
areas where cellular service or Wi-Fi connections are not
