6 Maintenance
6.1 Replacing the filling of the air drier

Change zeolite, if the saturation level is reached (the orange colored dry beads are
bleached) .

 Dismantle the air drier TTV 001 by unscrewing the knurled screws 11.
 Unscrew the upper heagon nut 12 and remove flat seal 8.
 Hold together glass cylinder 7 and the lower flange 1.
 Remove upper felt washer 4.
 Remove old zeolite.
 Hold together glass cylinder 7 and the lower flange 1.
 Ensure correct position of the lower flat seal 9 and the lower felt waher 4 (correct po-
sition as shown).
 Fill in new zeolite (total replacement filling, shake the zeolite together by carefully tap-
ping on the glass cylinder).
 Insert upper felt washer 4.
 Check correct position of the upper flat seal 9.
 Place upper flange 1 onto glass cylinder 7.
 Place flat seal 8 over threaded rod 3 onto flange 1.
 Screw on hexagon nut 12.
 Refit air drier TTV 001 with knurled screws 11.
