Screw in operating fluid drain screw 142; pay attention to o-ring.
Î
Allow pump to run for a maximum of 5 seconds with the vacuum flange open.
Î
Drain off remaining operating fluid.
– In case of serious contamination, the operating fluid will have to be changed
several times (flushing):
Flushing

Fill up with operating fluid to the middle of the sight glass.
Î
Operate the pump with the gas ballast open until the pump has warmed up.
Î
Drain the operating fluid again and check for contamination, flush again if neces-
sary.
Î
Screw the operating fluid drain screw back in.
Î
Fill up with operating fluid and check the filling level
