(I) Up/Down/TieOff
The arrow butt ons can assist in creati ng ti eoff sti tches, basti ng,
or needle-positi oning functi ons without the use of the foot
pedal. Pressing and releasing the arrow butt on quickly will send
the needle to the next needle stop positi on. If the needle is up,
pressing the butt on will cause the needle to move to the down
positi on. If the needle is down, it will return to the up positi on.
Pressing and holding the green arrow butt on for a longer ti me
creates a full sti tch. The needle will conti nue to cycle while
holding the arrow butt on and stop when the butt on is released.
This acti on is useful for ti eing off beginning and ending sti tches.
Main Screen Regulated Mode
Bu on Functi ons
Your powerquilter™ 1600 comes equipped with the all new
built-in sti tch regulator. The two sensors in the table insert (on
either side of the needle) sense the movement of fabric and
adjusts the machine's sti tch speed during free-moti on quilti ng.
This ensures balanced, equal-length sti tches.
The Machine is in Regulated Mode (A) when the R is green.
