The needle thread is too tight.
Set the needle thread tension (blue) to a
lower value.
The upper looper thread (pink) appears on
the underside of the fabric.
Set the pink thread tension to a higher value.
The l ower looper thread (yellow) is too
loose.
Set the yellow thread tension to a higher
value.
