Separate the stainless steel part from the transparent part applying a 1/4 turn to the
right .
•

Remove the motor unit .
•
n
Remove the used worm and replace it with the new one .
•
n
Take care to reassemble the unit in this order: the big washer first, followed by the
worm and finally the small washer .
•
n
Put the motor unit back in position .
•
n
Assemble the stainless steel part onto the transparent part, applying a 1/4 turn to the
left .
•
n
Tighten the screw at the back of the corkscrew .
The corkscrew is ready for use.
Cleaning
•
n
Do not immerse the corkscrew in liquids or place it in the dishwasher. Do not use
when your hands are wet.
•
n
No detergent or other cleanser should be used for cleaning it.
Advice
•
n
Keep the corkscrew and its packaging out of children’s reach.
•
n
Do not place the corkscrew near a heat source. Protect from dampness and frost.
What should you do if the corkscrew does not work?
•
n
Recharge the corkscrew (refer to the “Charging batteries” paragraph).
•
n
Check that the transformer is in good running order; its red diode should light up
when it is plugged into the mains power.
