Prepare the Receiver Collar
Your Receiver Collar comes with short Contact Points installed. Use the long Contact
Points for pets with long or thick hair. Tighten the Contact Points with the Test Light
Tool one-half turn beyond fi nger tight (

). Check the tightness weekly.
To Insert and Remove the Batteries
1. Remove the screws with a small Phillips screwdriver (
2B, 2D
).
2. For the LDT-433 only, push the Battery Lid up according
to the arrows stamped on the Battery Lid (
2B
).
3. Slide the Battery Lid out.
4. Install two (2), 3-volt batteries positive (+) side up (
2C, 2E
).
5. Slide the Battery Lid into the Receiver Collar.
6. Reinstall the screws (
2C, 2F
). Do not over-tighten the screws.
