MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
PLEASE REMOVE THE PLUG
FROM THE WALL OUTLET
BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO
MAINTAIN OR CLEAN THE UNIT.
● Clean the outside of the unit (the panels) with a
damp soft cloth only.
● Do not directly apply water to the unit.
● Do not use any chemicals, solvent, alcohol,
aerosols or any other type of cleaning solution on
the unit.
● Failure to do so may cause damage to surface
and paint
Cautions for cleaning the carbon fiber of the ion generator
Open the cover and clean the carbon fiber head with the soft bristled brush that was
shipped with your unit. Close the cover securely when finished.
Clean the carbon fiber head once per month.
Do not put any metal materials or foreign objects to the carbon fiber head even when the
power is off. There is still a small quantity of high voltage power.
Cautions for cleaning the Aluminum Electric Static Plasma Filter
When the Auto Filter Cleaning/Replacement LED is on for the Aluminum Electric Static Plasma Filter
and/or you hear a sound notification, it is your reminder to clean this filter.

Take out the Aluminum Electric Static Plasma filter, rinse it thoroughly with water or clean it with a soft
brush. Dry it thoroughly before putting it back into the unit.
After putting it back into the unit, press the STATIC RESET button. You will hear a sound notification.
The unit is now recording the working time of the filter.
