5 Repeat
The REPEAT key cycles through the repeat modes. Press once to enter
repeat track mode. Press a second time to enter repeat disc mode (repeat-
ing the entire disc). Pressing a third time will return to normal operation.
NOTE: The repeat mode will be cleared if the disc is ejected or the unit is
powered down or put into standby.
6 Time
Pressing the TIME key if the display has been set to timeout displays the
time elapsed and track of the current disc.
7 Random
Pressing the RANDOM key shuffles the play order of the tracks on the
current disc. Pressing a second time will return to normal operation.
NOTE: The random mode will be cleared if the unit is powered down or put
into standby.
8 Program
The PROGRAM key has no function.
9 Navigation Keys
The navigation keys are used to navigate your way around the éloquence
menu system. Refer to ‘The Menu System’ section for more information.
10 Menu
The MENU key enters the éloquence menu system, allowing you to cus-
tomise various settings for integration into your audio setup. Refer to ‘The
Menu System’ section for more information.

11 Display
The DISPLAY key adjusts the display options, scrolling through LOW,
MEDIUM and FULL brightness and display OFF.
NOTES:
If the display is set to OFF, the display will turn on when user input is
detected then automatically turn off after the timeout duration has elapsed.
Setting the display option using the remote control is only temporary.
When the transport is brought out of standby, the display settings will revert
to those set in the menu system, refer to ‘The Menu System’ section for
more information.
