2. Everytime you raise the lever, the seat
cushion will be raised.

Everytime you lower the lever, the seat
cushion will be lowered.
3. After the lever has been used, lower the
lever to accommodate it, while pushing it
in the arrow-headed direction.
Headrests
To adjust height (for front headrests)
Pull the headrest straight up to raise.
Push the headrest down while pushing the
lock button in to lower.
Adjust the top of the headrest so that it will be
closest to the top of your ears.
To remove
Remove the headrest by pulling it up straight
while pushing the lock release button.
