Scanning Quantification Mode 

1.

 

Install the fiber coupling module with fiber optic probe, referring to the “Installation” procedures 

on page 3. 

2.

 

Select New to open a new window. Select Experiment Type and select OK

 

3.

 

Select Method and set up the parameters. 

 

4.

 

Setup the experiment parameters as follows:
