OPERATION
WORkLIGHT ON/Off (fIG. 19)
You can turn on the light LED switch for
additional lighting.
bLADE
The blade included with this saw is ideal for
a wide variety of wood-cutting operations.
Use your compound miter saw for the
purposes listed below:
• Crosscutting wood and wood-based
materials.
• Crosscutting plastic, such as PVC,
CPVC, ABX, solid surfacing materials
and other plastics.
• Crosscutting miter joints for picture
frames, moldings, door casings, chair
rails, shoes and baseboards.
• Compound cuts for decorative wood
molding, such as chair rails, cove
moldings, picture frames and other fine
joinery.
This tool is NOT recommended for cutting
ferrous metals, such as iron, steel,
stainless steel, or alloys of these metals. Cut
non-ferrous metals ONLY if you are under
the supervision of an experienced person.
DO NOT cut stone, brick, or concrete with
this miter saw.

WARNING:
BEFORE starting any
cutting operation, clamp or bolt your
compound miter saw to a workbench or
flat stable work surface. NEVER operate
your miter saw on the floor or in a crouched
position. Failure to heed this warning could
result in serious personal injury.
HOW TO USE THE DUAL
LASER LINE (fIG. 20)
1. Mark your workpiece with a pencil line
at the point to be cut.
2. Press the Laser ON/OFF switch to “ON”
to activate the dual laser line. Align your
pencil line between the dual laser lines.
3. Clamp your workpiece in place with
the hold-down clamp.
4. Follow all of the cutting instructions
that are provided in the Manual.
