This symbol on the device or the package indicates that disposal of the device after its lifecycle could
harm the environment. Do not dispose of the unit (or batteries) as unsorted municipal waste; it should
be taken to a specialized company for recycling. This device should be returned to your distributor or

This device is only intended for domestic use. The manufacturer cannot be held responsible for any damage
caused by the misuse of the device or any other use not described in this user manual.
Never use the device outside (if not intended for specific use).
Do not expose the device to extreme heat, direct sunshine or humidity. Never attempt to dip the device
into fluids and take care for damage from sharp edges.
Never use the device with wet or damp hands.
Immediately pull the plug from the mains when the device gets wet during use.
Any use other that authorized is on your own risk and can be very dangerous.
Never use the device without surveillance.
Keep this device out of the reach of unauthorized persons and children. Never let them work with this
device without surveillance.
Protect children from tripping over the device and never let children come near the device.
Regularly check the device and its power cord for damage.
Never use a damaged device.
A damaged power cable has to be replaced only by a customer service.
Always make sure the power cable does not get caught while moving the device.
Never coil the power cable around the device.
Always unplug the device from the mains before cleaning.
Contact your customer service for all reparations to the device.
Reparations may only be done by authorized persons and qualified technicians. A device repaired
amateurishly can lead to dangerous situations for the user.

Always switch off the device prior to unplugging it from the mains.

Always place the device on a stable surface. Do not place the device on a window sill.

Always switch off the device before cleaning or storing, and unplug the power cable from the mains when it
will not be used for a long time.
When unplugging from the mains, only handle the power cord by the plug.
To avoid the risk of electric shocks and injuries, a damaged cable should immediately be replaced with a
similar cable by a qualified technician only.
Only use original spare parts.
