Connect
Once you turn on your Energy Monitor it will start searching
for your electricity meter. This may take a few minutes,
but once your meter is found, the Energy Monitor will
automatically connect and download information about
your power usage and electricity pricing.
Since your Energy Monitor makes a wireless
connection to your meter, make sure you are
within about 30 meters of your electricity meter.
The radio activity indicator animates each time
your Energy Monitor talks with your meter.
Authorize your Energy Monitor
To ensure your power usage information is kept private, your
Energy Monitor must be authorized to connect to the meter
on your home. Each utility has their own way of doing this,
so we have provided a tool on our website to help guide you
through the process.
Visit
percepscion.com/connect
and follow the instructions
to authorize your Energy Monitor.
