HEAD CIRCUIT
For counting, tilt your head to the right and feel the stretch on the left side of the neck.
Then tilt your head back, chin towards the ceiling, let your mouth open.
Then, on a count, tilt your head to the left, and on a count, tilt your
head forward toward your chest.
SHOULDER LIFT
Lift your right shoulder towards your ear for one count.
Then lift your left shoulder up for one count while
lowering your right shoulder.
STRETCHING THE SIDES
Extend arms out to sides, upwards, above head.
Extend your right arm towards the ceiling as far as you can for a count.
Repeat with left arm.
