Replacement Parts
The following drawings show the Cleanload and their replacement parts. Only genuine replacement parts should
be used. Failure to follow this warning can result in damage to property, serious injury or death. If the Cleanload
malfunctions or is defective it should be sent back to Hypro for service.
3430-0860 Replacement Kit (Gloves, EPDM Band,
Worm Drive Clamp)
1. Remove old clamp around gloves, EPDM band,
and gloves.
2. Ensure mating surface on the glove box is clean
and free of scratches.
3. Install gloves in glove ports.
4. Install band around over gloves.
5. Install worm drive clamp over band.
6. Tighten until snug.
7. Test assembly for leaks with water before mixing
chemicals.
3430-0859 Window Repair Kit (Window, Gasket, Screws)
1. Remove old window from hinge.
2. Inspect tank for debris and scratches around
opening.
3. Install new window onto hinge.
4. Test assembly for leaks with water before mixing
chemicals.
