Cleaning Of The Boiler Sections:
These operations must be carried out when the boiler is out of service:
1.
Remove the front casing pulling it up and front wards.
2.
Remove the two bolts and open the front swing door to expose the chamber area, second
and third passes.
3.
Remove the stainless baffles, Clean the boiler section second and third passes, using a
cleaning brush.
4.
Remove the smokehood cleaning cover and, take the soot that has collected in the
smokehood out of the boiler.
5.
After the cleaning, replace the insulations of the cleaning covers if necessary. Re-fit the
cleaning covers, and the fiberglass insulation on the front cleaning cover.
6.
Re-fit the front casing.
Clean Fuel System and Burner:
Fuel system and burner must be properly serviced to ensure safe and efficient operation. Check
burner manual for proper servicing of burner supplied and that the following items are covered:
Service fuel filter(s) and fuel unit.
Service burner housing and fan.
Replace nozzle with correct type and size.
Service ignition system.
Service and check for proper operation of primary control.
Perform Combustion Test:
Adjust burner for proper operation ensuring the best CO2 or O2 with no more than a True Zero
Smoke. This may require several adjustments to the burner and additional readings after each
adjustment.
