Remove the sink faucet "whip hose" or tubing from the shutoff valve. There will be
residual water spilled when this tube is removed. Be sure to have a towel to dry the
water that is spilled. Now install the angle stop valve on the sink faucet shutoff valve
and tighten it. Use two wrenches to hold the valve while tightening. Don't worry about
the angle stop valve position because it will swivel and can be positioned later.

Install the whip hose or tubing on the angle stop valve and tighten.
