Taking one bogie subframe, fit the
middle wheelset. Take four of the
primary springs and insert one through each
of the four holes in the ears of the bearing
carriers, feeding them through until retained
by the epoxy beads.
Rest the springs on top of the
secondary spring seats. Taking one of
the outer wheelsets, thread the free ends
of two of the springs through the slots in
the ears of the bearing carriers...
... and locate the bearings in the tops
of their mainframe slots.
