USE
Bottom heat setting
Heat comes from the bottom heating element. Particularly useful with
dishes and baked goods that require a distinctive bottom crust or
browning. Use just before the end of the baking or roasting time.
• Baking tray or oven rack is usually placed on Level 2.
• Temperatures Setting: 40 - 250 °C*
Grill setting
Food is heated by the grill element (grill setting) or by upper e
grill element (large grill setting).
• For grilling, the oven rack is usually placed on Level 4 and the
baking tray on level 2.
• Temperatures setting: 150 - 250 °C
• Supervise the cooking process at all times. The meat may burn
quickly due to high temperature.
• Preheat for 5 minutes.
