Safety Instructions

Dust and fine particles are formed during the grinding process which may contain toxic substances such 

as silicon dioxide, solvent with more. Breathing of this dust and fine particles can cause many serious 

respiratory injuries. Always use approved breathing equipment when using this tool.

• 

This tool will eject particles, dust and sparks at high speed during operation. Always wear approved eye 

and skin protection when using the tool.

• 

Grinding can generate a lot of noise. Wear suitable hearing protection when using the tool

• 

This rotating drum can quickly tear off clothes, long hair or jewelry that can cause serious injuries. Keep all 

loose clothing, long hair and jewelry away from the tool.

• 

Always disconnect the tool from the mains before replacing the drums.

• 

Rotating abrasive drums can quickly damage skin. Keep hands and fingers away from rotating components 

and always wear protective gloves when grinding/cleaning.

• 

This tool can quickly and forcefully cut back or twist during operation causing serious hand wrist injury. Do 

not apply overly force to the tool during use. Only use on wide open surfaces, avoid edges and corners. If 

smaller items are grinded, make sure they are securely mounted or anchored before you begin. 

• 

Improperly labeled drums can break at high speeds and cause serious injury. Always use replacement 

drums that are rated for 3700 RPM or higher. 

• 

Damaged drums can break at high speeds and cause personal injury or property damage. If excessive 

vibration is experienced, stop immediately and disconnect the tool from the electricity.

• 

This tool will eject sparks at high speed that could ignite combustible materials or injure others nearby. Do 

not use near flammable materials and keep all persons and pets away from the work area. 

• 

Always check that the tool is cleaned. Securely fastened or anchored so that the tool can be used manu-

ally.

Assembly Instructions

1. 

Place the "D" handle with the bends forward and with the ends over the tool body.

2. 

Insert the 2 screws through the holes in the “D” handle and in the threaded holes in the tool body. Tighten 

the screws securely.
