Scrapping
Recycle any unwanted material,
do not throw it in the household
rubbish. All machines, accessories
and packaging must be sorted and
left at a recycling center and disposed
of in an environmentally friendly manner.
Safety rules
1. Keep the work area clean.
2. Review the working conditions. Do not use the
machine in humid, wet or poorly lit places. Do not
expose to rain.
3. Keep children away. All children should be kept
away from the work area. Do not allow them to
handle machine or extension cords.
4. Do not leave unused accessories in front. When
the machine is not in use, it must be stored in a dry
place to prevent rust. If possible, store in an out-of-
reach area for children.
5. Do not overload the machine. It will make the job
better and safer at the pace for which it was inten
-
ded.
6. Use the right tools. Do not force a small tool or
accessory to perform work intended for a larger
industrial tool. Do not use a tool for a purpose for
which it was not intended.
7. Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or
jewelry. They can get stuck in moving parts.
Protective gloves and non-slip shoes are
recommended for work. Use protective hair
cover to keep long hair away so that it does not get
caught in the machine.
8. Wear eye protection. Wear ISO-approved safety
goggles.
9. Do not extend over the machine. Stand firm and
keep a good balance at all times.
10. Treat the machine with care. Keep tools sharp
and clean for better and safer performance. Follow
the instructions for lubrication and replacement of
accessories. Inspect tool cords regularly and if they
are damaged, have them repaired by an authorized
service facility. Keep handles dry, clean and free of
oil and grease.
11. Remove adjustment keys. Make it a habit to
check that adjustment keys are removed from the
work surface of the tool or machine before using
them.
12. Be alert. Look at the machine, use common
sense. Do not use tools when you are tired.
13. Check damaged parts. Before using the
machine, carefully inspect any part that appears to
be damaged to determine that it is working
properly and can perform the intended function.
Check for adjustment of moving parts, breakage
of parts, assembly and other conditions that may
affect its function. Every damaged part must be
repaired by an authorized service center unless
otherwise stated in the operating instructions.
14. Replacement of parts and accessories. Use
only identical spare parts for service. Use only
accessories intended for use with this tool.
15. Do not use the machine if you are under the
influence of alcohol or drugs. Read prescription
warning labels to determine if your judgment or
reflexes are impaired while you are taking medica
-
tion. If in doubt, do not use the machine.
16. Keep safety locks in place and in order. Never
use the machine unless these are working properly.
17. Never use a machine if its casing or bolts are
missing. If covers or bolts have been removed,
replace them before use. Maintenance so that all
parts are in good condition.
18. Wipe up spills etc. to avoid causing slippery
surfaces. Keep the floor clean and free from all
liquids and other spills that can cause slipping.
Check the data sheet of the material for proper
cleaning procedures.

Main structure
1. The motor is of single-phase and class E
insulation with motor frame made of aluminum or
cast iron.
2. Wheel protection is made of sheet steel. It is
used to prevent splashing of sparks and for
mounting spark protection / eye protection.

Precautions for using bench grinders
1. Disconnect the power supply before replacing
the wheels or covers.
2. Replace cracked or damaged wheels immedia

3. Always wear protection and eye protection.
4. Make sure that the tool support and eye
protection are set correctly.
5. Do not overtighten the wheel nut.
Adjust the distance between the wheel and the tool
support to maintain 1/6 ”(1.6 mm) or less distance
when the wheel diameter decreases during use.
7. Use grinding wheels suitable for the speed of the
machine.
8. Make sure that the grinding wheels rotate freely
before switching on the power.
