Flushing the valves
Sometimes dust or particles can get stuck
inside the hydraulic pump which prevents the
valves from closing properly. That leads to a
reduction in power. Then clean the valves as
follows:
1.
Lower the ramp and close the lowering
valve.
2.
Pull up the ramp 5–10 cm and then open
the lowering valve.
3.
Push down the ramp as soon as possible.
Rust protection
Make sure that the piston, pump and adjusting
screw are in the bottom position when the ramp
is not in use. Avoid contact with moisture. If
the ramp gets wet, wipe it off and lubricate all
parts.
