Venting the system
Sometimes air bubbles remain inside the pis

ton, which leads to a reduction in the effect and
the pistons lifting unevenly. Then ventilate this
way:
1. Open the lowering valves and remove the
locking pin and pump pistons.
3. Fill both pump housings with hydraulic oil.
4. Reassemble the springs and pump pis
-
tons.
5. Close one of the lowering valves, push down
the pump rod to test the tightness of the pump
valve. The pump rod should not sink. Open the
lowering valve and close the other, try accor
-
dingly.
6. Open both lowering valves to push down
both pump rods and fit locking pins.
Oil plug
2. Remove the pump head.
7. Pump up the ramps to the maximum and
lower them completely a few times to vent the
system.
